Craig Tuck is a Strategic Transnational Litigation Specialist. A trial lawyer for several decades, he has a global practice focusing on complex, large-scale, civil and criminal litigation where human rights intersects criminal justice. He leads multi-disciplinary teams challenging powerful corporates and governments.
He is particularly interested in the intersection of human dignity, soul and criminal justice systems – especially in relation to personhood.
Craig has qualifications in Law, Psychology and Criminology and has a high-profile media presence in print, online, and film and has received commendations from high-ranking public officials, the United Nations and some of the top academics and lawyers working in this area.
Craig is known locally and internationally as a “bold advocate” being at the forefront in criminal justice - fighting arbitrary decision making - keeping power in check, promoting the rule of law and improving the lives of marginalized people.
