Simran has been practising Immigration Law in the United Kingdom since 2009 seeing swathes of Immigration rule changes over the decades. New Zealand’s Immigration rules largely reflect the Immigration rules adopted in the United Kingdom. Simran’s vast experience puts her on the forefront of assisting her clients within the New Zealand rapidly changing immigration landscape.
