YOHANA AGUSTINA PANDHI

ATTORNEY | CRIMINAL & PENAL LAW | INDONESIA

In 1981 Yohana Agustina Pandhi became a police officer, and in 2016 she retired with the rank of Police Major from the Bali Regional Police (Polda Bali) in the Criminal Investigation Unit (Reserse).

She then joined the NGO Yayasan Gerasa, where in 2017 she became a lawyer assisting victims of trafficking, sexual harassment, and domestic violence. She provides support to child and women victims, and continues to assist anyone who needs help.

In addition to her NGO work, she provides general legal services and specialises in criminal and penal law. She works closely with the Gerasa Foundation, where LawAid International also maintains an office in Denpasar.

As Chair of the Indonesian Christian Legal Professionals Association (PPHKI) Denpasar Branch, she also carries out prison ministry. This work is done with a glad heart, so that she can help those who need to be helped.
